New insights into stem cell differentiation
As a non-destructive, non-contact technique, Raman spectroscopy allows stem cells to be monitored continuously throughout the differentiation process. The approach is not only set to deliver new insights into the mechanisms of stem cell differentiation, but also enables the in situ and in vivo observation of the maturation process of engineered tissues or the rapid discrimination of various differentiation states.
